Role description

1. Develop domestic and international markets for hydrogen production from electrolytic water, establishing contacts with industries such as power, energy (petrochemical, coal chemical, synthetic ammonia, etc.), and steel.

2. Collect, analyze, and convert customer demands, independently design and optimize new energy projects like renewable energy hydrogen (photovoltaic hydrogen, wind power hydrogen, wind-solar coupling hydrogen, energy storage matching, etc.), and provide integrated solutions.

3. Provide technical support for projects, including technical advice, program preparation, and explanation.

4. Assist in project feasibility studies, preliminary design reviews, and construction program preparation.

5. Research and gather key product performance parameters and technical indicators for solution development, proposing improved technology development routes.

Role requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in new energy, electrical engineering and automation, chemical engineering, or related fields.

2. Strong learning, communication, and teamwork skills.

3. Proficiency in technical writing, CAD drawing, Powerpoint design, and presentation skills.

4. Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in the new energy industry.

5. Deep understanding of photovoltaic, wind power, water electrolysis hydrogen, energy storage, micro-grid system components, standards, and safety norms. Experience with renewable energy hydrogen technology and medium-large solutions preferred. Familiarity with power, energy, and steel industry customer relationships is advantageous.

Role description

1. Collaborate with the structural supervisor to finalize the structural design of products.

2. Assist in refining product components under the guidance of the structural supervisor.

3. Support in product modeling efforts alongside the structural supervisor.

4. Aid in conducting CAE analysis and optimizing product designs under the direction of the structural supervisor.

Role requirment

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, chemical process equipment, materials science, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, or related fields.

2. Proficient in utilizing 3D modeling software and simulation tools such as SW, PDMS, SANSYS, or similar programs.

3. Possess a strong understanding of heat transfer principles and proficiency in simulation analysis.

4. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and collaborate well within a team environment.

Role description

1. Collaborate with the piping supervisor to execute device equipment arrangement and piping layout designs.

2. Utilize PDS, PDMS, or SP3D systems to develop 3D models.

3. Compile piping frameworks and Bill of Materials (BOM) for pipes, fittings, flanges, fasteners, and other components.

4. Gather data on process installation materials required for equipment installation.

5. Contribute to writing related patents and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Role requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.

2. Proficient in CAD, Office, and other relevant software; expertise in CAD, PDS, PDMS, or SP3D software is preferred.

3. Strong practical experience in fieldwork with excellent communication, collaboration, and expression skills.

Role description

1. Collaborate with the electrical supervisor to organize design information, including the creation of electrical control principle drawings and generating Bill of Materials (BOM) for electronic control components.

2. Support the electrical supervisor in developing control programs.

3. Conduct on-site and off-site equipment commissioning.

4. Prepare documentation related to electronic control aspects.

5. Assist the electrical supervisor in troubleshooting equipment electrical control
issues.

Role requirment

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in electromechanical engineering, automation, electrical engineering, or related fields.

2. Proficiency in PLC systems such as Siemens, Omron, Schneider, AB, and automatic control system design and application.

3. Strong learning, communication, and teamwork skills.

4. Proficiency in English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.

Role description

1. Establish, maintain, and update the quality management system to ensure its suitability, effectiveness, and successful completion of system certification.

2. Manage the collection, evaluation, release, issuance, invalidation, registration, updating, and storage of quality system documents.

3. Organize internal audits, management reviews, and promote implementation plans to address nonconformities identified during audits.

4. Develop annual training programs for the quality system and conduct company-level/department-level quality training accordingly.

5. Conduct regular statistical analysis of system operation data and continuously improve and optimize the quality management system.

6. Manage and track company-level quality problem lists, organize quality meetings, and coordinate departments to address product abnormalities.

7. Organize regular quality meetings, track action items, identify quality work risks, and escalate issues for timely resolution.

8. Prepare annual quality management work plans and summaries, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and leadership directives.

Role requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management systems.

2. Familiarity with ISO 9001/IATF 16949/VDA6.3 system requirements and experience in product, process, and system audits.

3. Knowledge of quality management standards/models and experience in deployment and implementation.

4. Proficiency in using the five quality tools: APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, with experience in deployment and implementation.

5. Ability to utilize tools such as 8D, 5W1H, PDCA for problem-solving and process improvement.

6. Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently managing quality system processes, operations, and optimization.

7. Self-driven with a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication, coordination, and learning abilities, and the capacity to handle high work pressure.

8. Preferred experience in quality system construction and management in the electrolytic water hydrogen industry.
